Three integrated artificial lakes
The artificial lakes of approximately 8,000 m². are used for boat tours and outdoor shows. Visitors can go trout fishing in one of the lakes, and take the fished trout to the cleaning station where they are weighted, and packed according to the clients' preference. If preferred, the trout can be prepared at the restaurant following your favorite recipe.
The restaurant 'La Truchería del Lago' is a place with large windows that allow the visitors to enjoy the landscape, as well as the varied menu of typical dishes, specially made with organic products from the own garden. Trout of course is specialty here. But believe me, as vegetarian it would be hard for me to find a better place to eat out. The restaurant has a 100-people capacity, and it can also be set up to for 200 people for special events. It includes a private room for executive meetings and special activities, with a 20-people capacity.
