Identification:

A mid-sized green parrot with yellow patch on back of neck; red and blue patches on wings, seen mostly in flight; end of tail light green; to 34cm (13 in). (Lora de Nuca Amarilla, Loro).

Habitat:

Dry forests of northern Pacific slope; found in tree canopy in wooded areas, forest edges, and in agricultural areas.

Found in the following Parks:

Carara National Park.
Palo Verde National Park.
Santa Rosa Nacional Park.
