Near Playa Flamingo we never miss eating directly at a fisherman who's place is called Estero Azul or in Brasilito at the Camarón Dorado or at Amberes directly in Flamingo Beach.

Do not eat large amounts of shark, specially no fins. Sharks accumulate mercury in their skin that is poisonous and makes impotent. A delicious shark ceviche now and then will not hurt you.
