l. Requisites that should be fulfilled in all resident's requests

1 Request in official paper of ¢2.00 addressed to the members of the National Immigration Council duly authenticated by an attorney, fiscal stamp of ¢10.00, stamp of the Bar Association for ¢10.00, Police Stamp of ¢100, and an Immigration stamp of ¢20.

The request should include the following information: Full name, surname, nationality, passport number, profession or occupation, exact address, the place where notifications within the judicial territory will be received, P.O. Box, and telephone number.
