This section is based on Law No. 6990 approved on July 30, 1985 of Incentives for Tourism Infrastructure. The last reforms made through Law No. 7293 as of April 3, 1992 are also included.

The following tourist activities can apply for the benefits and incentives granted under these laws:

Hotel services
Tourist domestic and international air transportation
Tourist aquatic transportation
Inbound tourism travel agencies
Rental routing of vehicles to local and foreign tourists

Article 7: All corporations qualified to receive the benefits of this Law can be totally or partially given the incentives granted under it according to the activity they classify into:
